The memorandum aims to:

- Cooperate in exploring commercial opportunities in Baghdad and promote Saudi products.

This step comes within the framework of Silk United Company's efforts, as part of its expansion plan, to enhance the access of non-oil Saudi products to regional markets, in line with the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, which focuses on developing national exports and diversifying the Kingdom's economic base.
Both parties expressed their hope that this memorandum will contribute to strengthening trade exchange and developing economic relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Iraq, in a way that achieves common interests and supports the path of bilateral cooperation.
